On 8/5/08 my attorney submitted an open records to the City of Atlanta (Mayor Franklin, Commissioner of the Department of Human Resources Benita Ransom and City Attorney Beth Chandler) for policies and procedures governing the termination of employees. It is ten days later and the request which by law must be answered in 3 days has not been answered.
It appears that the Franklin administration has no regard for legalities when it comes to employee termination or responding to opens records requests.
